Anthem Function Band was proud to provide full-scale corporate entertainment for Market Financial Solutions as part of their much anticipated company weekend away at the iconic Celtic Manor, Newport. Set within the Welsh countryside, the venue’s luxury surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a high-end corporate celebration.
Market Financial Solutions wanted live music and production that would enhance every stage of the event — from guest arrival, through dinner, awards, and late-night partying — while keeping energy high and guests fully engaged throughout the evening.
Live Entrance Music to Welcome Guests
Celtic Manor is renowned for its world-class facilities, elegant interiors and outstanding hospitality, so from the moment guests arrived, the venue set a premium tone. We were delighted to enhance that experience by providing live entrance music, welcoming attendees into the space with a stylish and uplifting atmosphere. Featuring live music for a guest entry like this always creates a sense of occasion and excitement, setting the standard for the rest of the evening.

Interactive Live Music During Dinner Service
As guests moved into dinner, the celebration continued with live music during the dinner service. Our singers and musicians went fully wireless, moving throughout the room and performing directly among the guests. This interactive style works beautifully in a venue like Celtic Manor, where the spacious layout allows the entertainment to feel immersive without being intrusive. The result was a lively atmosphere, with guests smiling, singing along and fully immersed in the experience.

Professional Sound Engineering, Speeches & Awards
Supporting the entertainment throughout the night was our dedicated sound engineer, who not only managed flawless audio production for the band but also supplied wireless microphones for the CEO’s speech and employee awards presentations, ensuring every word was heard clearly and confidently.
11-Piece Showband Evening Entertainment
For the evening entertainment, we delivered our full 11-piece showband, bringing the energy up another level. The combination of 4 singers, alongside a dynamic brass section and a driving rhythm section is truly an unrivalled sound and the band filled the room with music that kept the dance floor packed. The light-up mirrored dance floor, combined with striking professional lighting and impressive staging, created a vibrant, high-energy party atmosphere.
To round off the night, our live DJ took over from the band and delivered slick, live mixed tracks, including some guest requests which kept everyone dancing and the energy buzzing until the early hours.
At Anthem, we love being given the opportunity to weave live music through every part of a day. It never fails to enhance the moment and brings people together like nothing else. From arrival music to the very last dance, we had an absolute blast performing for MFS and hope to be able to do it all again next year!
